I am Catherine, founder of Wellness with Catherine.
I am a qualified Biokinesiologist, Reiki Master and Pilates Instructor and have specialised in women's hormones.
I spent years dealing with painful cycles, low energy and thyroid imbalance.
I was told my hormones were normal.
But....they were not optimal.
It wasn't about me taking medication or having a strict diet or doing punishing exercise sessions.
